What is a better running workout to maintain my weight? Best answer 10 pts :)?

My weight is currently 104 pounds and I am 5'4. I am trying to maintain my weight. I am currently running 7 miles three times a week. I am deciding to change my running routine to 2 miles in the morning and 2 miles in the evening everyday. What would you prefer?
