When to call the girl? or do i wait for her to call.?

Ok so friday I met this girl at a bar on the beach. She was sitting alone i told the tender to put her next drink on my tab. After talking I found out she lives near me. We spend most of our time talking. We later went to the dance floor n danced a bit. We went back to the bar where I asked her if I could get her number as I would like to take u out. She took my phone and typed in her name on face book where her number came up. She then took me to the dance floor. Back to bar my Arms wraped around her as she feed me fries which was fun. She then with out a word left and I did not see her for the rest of the night. I text her if she was ok and I had fun time with u. She then replied when you r back call me. I said ok im back Monday and just let me know when ur free. Next day she texts me 2am saying im starting my new job and not sure of my schedule. But I will let u know. I replied back let me know and we will plan something. That was Saturday night into Sunday morning? Its now Tuesday...havnt spooked since... my friend said wait a while to not sound despraite. I am more nervous and anguish... I really don't know what the best course is. Should I call today or wait. I really connected with her and wanna see where it goes but I don't want to annoy her. Ever meet someone and just see great possablities. We both 25 if that helps please I could use any advice. What us the best course to do this.
