Has anyone read about the recent controversy surrounding Delta Airlines?

I think it is more of a PR Gaff than a controversy. Some companies and some people are more interested in the bottom line than in common sense! Delta should have some amount of common sense... they don't and aren't alone. Just visit any Bank, or Washington DC for proof.
