Rude, Annoying Kids?!?!?

This group of kids are always walking around the neighborhood and today they were messing with someones patio items (thank goodness mines is locked!) and while they were at it, they threw rocks at my door and would not stop! I am terribly anguished by their behavior and their parents lack of teachings...what should I do if they do not stop?
