Is Home Mininster P Chidambaram "intellectually arrogant" as blamed by Dig Vijay Singh?

Though I don't need to give more importance to anyone's personal view including Mr. Digvijay Singh, but that is his personal view. All that matters is what one delivers. And as Home Minister of India, Mr. P Chidambaram has delivered and has been delivering what he is expected to deliver. That is what matters. Whether he is intellectually arrogant or pure arrogant does not matter to me.
