Here's my problem... while I was involved with my exboyfriend, he was involved?

in various real estate transactions... he would buy, fix and sell. After a few months of dating, with the assumption and knowledge that the relationship was a lasting one, I agreed to having him put some houses in my name. On one particular house, I also agreed to take out a mortgage for him with the agreement being that he would pay the mortgage every month ($225) and take care of the house and all bills included with the house, i.e. taxes, insurance, etc. All the bills for this house were put in my name. Unfortunately, i signed a quitclaim deed giving him the house for $1.00 in the event that we broke up. Well, that has happened two years later. Since the breakup, he has not paid the mortgage and I recently found out that he has not paid the property taxes for nearly two years. The house is currently in tax title and was going into foreclosure in a month. I just found this out a few weeks ago. I have been in total contact with the mortgage company from the beginning and they are doing everything they can to help so they don't foreclose on the house. Also, this was a rental property. The ex was renting it out to Section 8 housing and collecting checks from the government. After researching with the housing department, I found that he was collecting the partial rent checks under his name as the owner. I informed them of the situation, that he had not been paying the bills on the house, showed them my deed and they changed the owner status to me. I have received one partial rent payment. The renters are responsible to pay the owner the balance of the rent. They have been informed of the change in ownership status from the housing department. I have serious emotional anguish speaking to this man as he is never truthful in whatever he says and is very manipulative. I finally got him to pay me back $5,000 he owed me, after continually hounding him for 6 months and him continuously lying to me about the money. So now, after he didn't receive his monthly check, he called me and said he had his income tax money and wants to pay on the mortgage and to pay him back the money I owe . He is collecting $2,400 a month of rent from this rental!!! My question is this, is this quitclaim deed still legal after having been signed in 2009 and him just filing it on April 6? Also, how can a property be legally quitclaimed if there is a tax lien on it and an outstanding mortgage? Is there anything I can do to rebutt this quitclaim deed as he has breached his oral contract with me? please help, thank you!

I saw myself walking in a narrow passage with my adult son. We were attacked by a guy who stabbs him in the stomach. I feel very anguished about it and approached the killer who still has the knife in the hand and pushed myself against it, thinking that if my son is dead I would rather be dead too. Later both of us, my son and I are looking for a hospital. Even I am hurt, my son is in worst shape. Eventually he falls in the street and next thing I see is we are in the hospital. I need advice please! I'm trying to lose weight by trying the Supreme 90 workout sold at Bed Bath and Beyond..?

It's very similar to the P90x workout, but at a very affordable $20. I'm 5'0 , 143 pounds- and I'm trying to lose about 30-35 pounds. Before I had my daughter, I weighed 117, which was not bad, but even then, I still had a lil gut. Anyway- I'm VERY insecure about my weight and how I look in my clothes my daughter is now 3 yrs. old, and I still wear my maternity jeans bc they are the only jeans that fit :( my arms are fat and I have this very annoying fat around my neck area that I also desperately need to get rid of..... Now, I DO NOT want to get "ripped" , I just want to drop all this weight I'm carrying around belly area, and have lean arms and legs. Anyway, my question is : by trying this workout program, is it for sure that I will get "ripped" (which is what I don't want) . I just want to try out the whole "muscle confusion" . It makes sence bc the usual excercise routines and diet isn't helping out much. Ive hit a plateu. i have a friend who's family is in a terrible situation... They were living with her grandma, who went in for routine pacemaker surgery and ended up not making it. They must be out of her house by this friday the 1st. They have no money and no where to stay. Her dad has severe back and knee problems causing him to not be able to stand or work long hours. Her mom is an alchoholic as well... What can they do to find someplace to stay and to make some sort of income? I suddenly realised that nothing I do brings me joy any more. Every day I dread the next day, the same old routine. How hard was it for you to breastfeed?

I would really like to breastfeed but I am scared I won't be able to. I know so many people that had such a hard time with it, they ended up with very painful breasts and even cracked and bruised nipples and I am terrified of that happening to me! You have every right to be at your last straw. Your husband sounds like he didn't get the memo that he was married with kids. I would give him an ultimatum. He lets you handle all the money/accounts, you pay the bills and he gets a weekly allowance. Hardgainer needs help!?

Ok so I have been training for about 6 years now. While the first two were filled with impressive gains, the years following were filled with frustration as I managed to pack on maybe one or two more pounds of muscle PER YEAR. I have tried many routines, as well as eating up to 7 meals a day consisting mainly of grain carbs and lean chicken. I am 5'10 and weigh about 160-165 and am probably around 13% body fat. The problem is, no matter how much or how often i eat and how intensely I train, I am not seeing results like I should. Recently I read about "abbreviated routines" for hardgainers, consisting of maybe only 3 compound exercises per workout performed only twice per week. My initial impression is that this seems shockingly low and that I am capable of much more than this. It is likely that I have been overtraining, but cutting down to that extent seems daunting. So my question is, is such a routine right for my body type and does anyone have experience with abbreviated routines? I will supplement such a routine with around 4,000 calories per day.

Sixteen years old. That's how old I am. I'm asking this question for an escape. I have been prescribed two different types of tranquilizers under the " benzodiazepines". I have very high anxiety levels. I took two tranquilizers (non injected- pill form) and after the withdrawal I felt like ****. I know that's how your supposed to feel after withdrawal put this anxiety never lets go. Anxiety attacks are frequent and I know the tranquilizers help. I chose Valium as the one I wish to posses because I see it as the most potent and most prescribed for anxiety. My psychiatrist recommended I go to a psych ward sooner or later or something similar....I'm not sure. I am aware of the long term side effects and I'm aware this is no child's play for an adolescent like myself however I know what I'm getting myself into. I need this...my anxiety is unbareable. The anguish never rolls over to a shallow grave. I am not an addict. I just need an escape. Suicide.....illogical and out of the question. Please someone just tell me what I have to do to get this under control. All my psychiatrist keeps on prescribing is "Cipralex" which is used for bi-polars and schizophrenics and antidepressants that do nothing what so ever no matter how much I take which I have overdosed and they have cured nothing.

So I thought maybe, just maybe everyone is right. So I went to my favorite spot. My partner and I had BBQ shrimp, mesquite chicken, fall off the bone BBQ ribs, pork tacos, about 12 shots of tequila, and about 15 frozen margaritas each. We ate and drank like it was our last meal. And also he did this with one of my ex-bestfriend. Not the kiss, texting her almost all night. I'm kind of jealous in a way. I have the most feelings for him, and he doesn't text me. And I kind of like him, like more than friends. And my best friend that kissed him, said that it seems like he likes you. And I just blush. And i've been texting him since summer started. He keeps saying he doesn't like anyone, and I think that's a major lie. And I tell him everything, like everything. He's a really a true friend, and he's kind of cute too. lol. But he's really close to me, we are best friends and I just met him this year. And I text him all the time. And I talk about basketball with him all the time like when the Heat vs. Mavericks game 6 was on we were texting till 11. Sometimes we text until 1:00 but that's really rare. And the last day of school we all went through the bus stop, and then I was going through the double doors to car pick up and then he ran up to me and bear hugged me, lol. And by the way, in 1st period we were allowed to have phones out and he was looking thorough my pictures and I was standing right behind him, and he saw my sister's picture and she's 11 years older than us, he's like i'm sorry your sister is hot. lol so HELP ME PLZ!

So I'm 160-165 pounds about 5ft 9 and I'm not skinny but average? So I just started working out again, and I'm having a problem getting rid of my stomach fat, I workout 2-3 times a day. Morning, Evening, Night, cardio before I workout using treadmill, bicycle, and then abs, using a workout ball. So I've been trying to diet, and it seems its taking longer then it should for my fat to go away, I want to be ripped and I'm trying to work hard as fast as possible! So any suggestions or advice!? In my case I think I have a form of depression and I'm seeing a doctor next week (so nervous). if you can get your hands on it try to find the p.b.s documentary called "depression: out of the shadows" I got it on netflix. I've been struggling with these feelings for almose ten years and watching this made me feel like I could do something about it and that its a curable medical condition. There is no quick fix you just have to exercise and eat a healthy balanced diet. Cut out junk food from your regular diet, it is still ok as a treat but that means once maybe twice a month definitely not every week. You should also cut out sugary fizzy drinks because they are full of calories and will make you windy anyway. You should eat grains and pulses as part of your diet and try to reduce white bread, pasta and any refined sugar. try googling some healthy recipes and set out a meal plan based on the foods that you enjoy eating.

High white blood cells in eyes, blood and urine?

Ive had an optometrist comment on high WBC (white blood cell) in my eyes when getting contacts, I was screened for (blood test) low thyroid and Doc told me that I have high WBC and to watch that then I had a pee test (routine) from my PCP and she also told me about the high WBC count. I do have pain in my lower back but I also have scoliosis so I don't know now if the scoliosis (its 15% the lower end for scoliosis) but maybe a kidney/ovary problem or what? I don't know what ?'s to ask my Doctor ( Oh three separate doctors told me this and I am a 28 year old female with no kids...good diet and take walks daily) I do have aches and pains but I was a tremendous athlete in my high school and college years so I just attribute my aches and pains to my athletic youth and scoliosis or could more be going on here? Oh and these tests took place within the past 18 months and Im not pregnant Thanks for reading!

In heaven, one assumes that we will have "eternal happiness, joy, peace, etc.." and in hell the exact opposite: "eternal suffering, pain, anguish, etc". My question is that is having eternal happiness/suffering even possible with the absence of the other? Don't you need sadness to have happiness and vice-versa? Hello People i have a tricky question?

Red rings on palm are probably eczema, but could they be anything else (besides ringworm)?

note: I don't have access to a dermatologist. For the past several years I've gotten recurring red rings on the skin of my left palm, and only my left palm. They start as small raised red rings and slowly grow larger, the ring "breaking" apart and becoming lopsided or incomplete, and then fading. They're not dry, but they're slightly itchy and tend to be sensitive to heat or pressure. I don't think it's ringworm because it's never appeared on any other part of my body and I've had it no matter where I lived/what daily routine I had. I don't go to gyms or share exercise equipment. I assume it's just eczema, and might be related to a food allergy (I had severe food allergies and eczema as a little kid), but it seems strange that it only shows up on the palm of my left hand. I was wondering if anyone had similar eczema symptoms. When I look up photos of eczema, my spots don't look anywhere near as severe. Also, eczema seems to usually be solid circles, not rings. So I'm kind of puzzled.

But after the pimple popping, I take just normal rubbing alcohol, get a cleansing mad moist with it and rub it on my face, it kills the bacteria, and cleans the dirt and grime up off my skin. Changing a 15 month old from a crib to a bed?

My 15-month old son has recently had many mid-night waking . We have tried many methods of putting him back to sleep in his own bed but ultimate this is resulting in him joining us in our bed and lots of crappy sleep for us. We let him sleep in our bed for comfort due to illness or teething discomforts but don’t want this habit to take out as a norm. He is also VERY physically mature for his age and extremely mobile. My partner and I are toying with the idea of moving him to a big boy bed. We have that parent’s instinct that he is ready. On the other hand we don’t want to prematurely move him and cause MORE sleepless nights. Of all the reading I have done on the internet, most people are changing at 2 years or after, and occasionally at 18 months. I would love to hear some feedback from people that made this transition earlier than 18 months, how it went, tips, bedtime routines, anything!

How do i put my six month old baby on a routine?

It helps to feed at regular times and start your day at the same time (we feed our 6-month old every 4 hours, starting at 7 am with 7 oz). We do an additional small feed at 5:30 pm (3 oz) before his last bottle at 7 pm so he's full before bed. Naps are helpful for a good night's sleep. (We put him down to nap 2 hours after waking, at 9 am, and again at 12 or 12.30. He also takes a short nap at around 4 pm.) We also find that putting him to bed earlier (7 or 7.30 pm) actually helps him sleep better and longer (until 6 or 7 am). When he goes to bed later, surprisingly he wakes up earlier, and needs a longer nap.

My 3 year old GSD wont eat?

We bought a German Shepherd ***** about 6-7 weeks ago. The previous owner used to leave her food down all day and we realised this was why she was so underweight. We took her to Pets at Home and they put her on Wainwrights which is just brown kibble biscuits. At first she loved it but then after a few weeks hardly touched it. She'd spit it out and leave it. As a result and us not wanting her to lose the weight she's put on we tried mixing fresh tripe with it. Again, she loved it and cleared her bowl several times. However after a bit god bored of the tripe and wouldnt touch it. We then tried wet food mixed and as before, she loved it. We carried this on several times but then reealised she would only eat the wet food. Now she wont touch her food bowl unless there is a full pouch or full can of wet food in there. She will eat the odd biscuit. Yesterday we bought her a different make of food (Bakers Complete as it looks way more appetising) and she loved the first bowl we gave her. She couldn't get enough of it. But this morning i've found when i gave it her at her routine time (1pm) She wouldnt touch it and went to sleep instead. So again, i mixed half a pouch of wet food in and she ate a few biscuits and walked away. So i decided to put the full pouch of food in. She's eaten half of it and left it, so i've now put it away in the cupboard as she's had too long to eat it and if she doesn't eat her dinner within half an hour to an hour we take it away as we are trying to get her into a routine! please help!!!!!!

You get up eat, go to work or school, and then go to sleep and wake up the next morning. You keep this going until one day it's not so hard. You will never be able to replace the ones you've lost, and a little bit of you will always be missing, because you are who you are because of the people in your life. The void in your heart will never go away, but as more people come into your life and you begin to care about them, that void will slowly begin to get smaller and you'll see that you've got to let them go, it won't be easy but you can do it. Just remember that letting them go doesn't mean you've forgotten them, it just means you've come to terms with their death, and one day you'll get to see them again.

From your description of yourself I can only imagine an incredibly beautiful person that doesn't need this much make-up everyday. A more relaxed look would be fine where only eyeliner, mascara and lip gloss are used would be fine. On a regular basis I wear little black mascara and white eye shadow (I'm very pale and blonde with ice blue eyes) and a shimmery pink lip gloss. May 21st, 2011 Rapture, and Judgement Day?

I'm sure many humans have heard by this current interval about the presumed hypothesis regarding the Rapture that's supposed to occur on Saturday May 21st, 2011 at approximately 6:00 p.m. These calculations have been made by a Theologian named Harry Camping. Camping allegedly is basing all of his mathematics off of specific biblical numerical codes that are referred to in the scriptures of the Bible. His organization is claiming that the tribulation period that's distinctively described as being a seven year period of grief, and anguish in the New Testament book of Revelations is actually a twenty-three year period. I can already point out the slightest bit of miscalculations, and contradictions of his predictions if he based it solely off of the numerical values that are vividly conveyed in the Bible. I consider myself to be a true sovereign servant of God, and I valiantly attempt to adhere to his will. I'm affiliated with the protestant denomination of Presbyterianism which is a subsidiary of Calvinism. I believe that our Lord Savior Jesus Christ atoned for all of the sins of humanity, and resurrected after the third day as he transcended into the afterlife to grace his Father, and our Creator's glorious presence. Despite my clear, public display of credence, I'm still petrified by the presumed apocalypse that's supposed to occur. But, even Jesus said that in the hour of the real apocalypse many deceivers will come as false prophets. And Jesus suggested that not even he, nor the rest of humanity knew the approximate minute of the destruction of our physical realm, except for our creator (God). That makes logistical sense considering every time Humanity has attempted to mimic God's eternal abilities, it's always resulted in disaster. This Theologian has been incorrect before from his initial analysis in the early 1990's, whenever he indicated that the rapture would occur on 9/6/1994 A.D., and nothing occurred. Considering the fact that the eastern Pacific is thirteen hours ahead of the eastern United States' time zone, and all. Whenever it's in the early hours of the morning at 5:00 a.m. EST, then Japan should be receiving a significant amount of seismic activity. I'm not extremely petrified by this presumption, but I'm just scared that I'll be left behind if it actually happens. Camping said that only three percent of the world's population (roughly 200,000,000 million inhabitants) would actually be raptured, and ascend into heaven. I disagree with him on that particular issue. Even if our physical realm has become excessively progressive, and secular there's more than just 200,000,000 million true servants of God. However, coincidentally enough, a magnitude 6.0 earthquake struck the mainland Japanese peninsula last evening. It does cause the raise for concerns. Again, I'm not on here to argue religion, or any preferred denomination with any other user on this social networking site. I'm just curious as to what others think about this. Personally, a lot of his doctrines do sound insane, but there's a legitimate amount of suspicion with them as well. Again, please read all of what I've conveyed here before starting an argument with me. The same goes with agnostics, and atheists. You have an opinion, and you exist in society. I felt horrible doing it, but each time it only lasted a couple minutes (a coulple glasses to get him wet, apply soap, then a few more to rinse him off). I didn't get his upper torso wet ( i don't want to give him pneumonia, or traumatize him) but I did want him to learn that going bathroom in your pants would not mean a nice warm washing, but a cool to cold one. He obvoiusly screamed during the glass pouring of cold water, but that only lasted till we got him dry within a minute or two and got him dressed, then back to playing around the house with Mom,Dad, big sister, and little sister. Part of my mental anguish is that my wife's mom didn't agree (she never does however), but sometimes my wife also sort of goes along with her. So I just want some objective opinions about the matter. I am sure that after today I will do other things to try to get my son to go potty as he should (time out, withholding favorite toy, etc.), and just wanted to know others' opinions as to whether or not I was out of line (either way he had to be washed, I just didn't want to make it pleasant).

How can i control my jealousy around my pregnant friend?

ok so long story short i have pcos, have been trying to conceive for 2 years after having 2 miscarriages, and am currently on fertility treatments that as of right now are not working. ive been going through all sorts of emotions but the biggest one other than sadness is jealousy. last year one of my best friends in the whole world (i have 3 im super close with) got pregnant by accident and didnt want the baby. i was angry and jealous. well..ive always pictured myself having a little girl, so when i find out someones having a girl, i get more jealous (dumb, i know). well she found out she was having a girl, and was MAD. she decided she wanted a boy. she had her november 18th. now this year, my other best friend is having a baby and is due november 17th, and found out today its a girl. so exactly a year apart, my two best friends. now i also find out my 3rd best friend is very late on her period which never happens and she's been trying and didnt tell me. all of this is just causing me so much anguish. and jealousy. i dont treat them badly, i hide it, and work very hard to do it. and they always say they appreciate how supportive i am. but its getting harder to do, and i feel like im dying inside. how can i control my jealousy and get over my sadness?

Ive had an optometrist comment on high WBC (white blood cell) in my eyes when getting contacts, I was screened for (blood test) low thyroid and Doc told me that I have high WBC and to watch that then I had a pee test (routine) from my PCP and she also told me about the high WBC count. I do have pain in my lower back but I also have scoliosis so I don't know now if the scoliosis (its 15% the lower end for scoliosis) but maybe a kidney/ovary problem or what? Usually I only have big bowl of cereal with milk every morning, then i just have some juice for lunch, go out to eat with my friends at night (. I have school and work at the same time. I'm a pharmacy technician so it's stressful. I drink water most of the time when i feel hungry, because i'm too tired to eat. I'm 5'3 and weigh 107 lbs, but now only 104. and when I'm busy i just have one meal a day, and i get acid reflux. I usually have it, so I take medicine almost everyday. my friend weighs a little over 400 pounds on a good day(usually in a thong and pasties)...any how we were at our local Burger King and as soon as they spotted us coming all the employees ran around the dining room and stacked the chairs. Dark red marks on foot arch from exercise, is it okay?

Well I've been working out alot, on my feet alot, and today I did a little over 3 hours of rebounding (mini trampoline) and when I stopped to take a break after the 3 hours I noticed there were long red marks all along the arch of my foot. I'm wondering if that's bad or if it just means it's irritated. If it's just irritated that's okay I just want to make sure I'm not really damaging my feet or anything. Because I need to do 2 more hours and I usually do 1 hour of jump rope as well and 2 workout DVD routines and some dancing so I just want to make sure my feet are okay and it's not a sign of an injury to come or anything. Also all the workouts I do are with bare feet, I refuse to workout with shoes on unless I'm dancing because they completely throw me off. How can I get rid of face fat?

I lost about 8 pounds within a couple of weeks and then I gained about 3 pounds back after going out to dinner a couple of nights and not exercising. I began to resume my normal routine of walking on my treadmill 20 minutes 4 days a week and jumping on my trampoline as much as I can and also doing jumping jacks and pretty much anything else to stay active. My weight began to drop and I lost the 3 pounds I gained back within about a week and a half. When I lost weight again, I noticed that my body didn't look any different than it did before. I noticed a difference in my belly fat, but my face fat was the real problem. Throughout my whole diet, my face fat did not decrease a bit and I'm really sick of my lumpy face and my chin fat when I move my heat back. Is there something that I can do to reduce my face fat?

Salicylic acid in acne treatment? Please help?

I bought a facial cleanser at my local drugstore because we went on vacation and I had forgotten to pack my facial products from my normal skin routine. The cleanser is from the brand L'oreal. It's called the 'Go 360 Clean Anti-Breakout Facial Cleanser Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment' I am a 15 year old girl with oily skin and some acne scars, but nothing too serious. After using the cleanser for two nights in a row, nothing had really changed, I felt like it actually helped my acne a lot, and I could definitely see a difference. Throughout the week though, my skin started getting drier each day, and skin soon began peeling around my nose mostly, and my T-zone and areas that were normally dry became extremely dry. I stopped using the cleanser and went back to my normal skin care routine, which is the Proactiv 3 step 30 day program. My skin stopped peeling since then, but today I noticed two dark, brown rough patches on my skin, both on the side of my face. They look like discoloration because they are darker than my skin, and they feel extremely rough and dry, even after using moisturizer. Does anybody know the cause for my skin becoming dry/peeling? What are the cause of my brown patches, and did the salicylic acid have anything to do with it? How can I get rid of these rough patches?

Hello. My life feels so empty. I am eighteen years old, just graduated from high school with no immediate plans for college. I wish I could start in the fall, but I didn't apply to anywhere. Nevermind that. My father walked out on my family when I was about 11. My older brother moved out a little while ago. My mother and I are not close, in fact we can't stand each other. My mom is from Brazil, and I have a huge family over there apparently, though I haven't seen them since I was 3 -- It is just my mother and I here in America now, and it can get pretty lonely sometimes because we don't talk to each other and we seclude ourselves in our own room. I wish I had a loving mother-daughter relationship with her more than anything in this world, and I've wished that for years on end. However, it is impossible because she doesn't wish to fix things, and she chooses to dwell in the bad past and hold grudges. She is a very harsh person. A hypocrite, narcissistic, rude, manipulative, loud, careless, thoughtless, forgetful, overbearing, thoughtless, depressing, always worried, and usually angry for some reason. She picks fights with me constantly, and although I truly want to have patience with her, she doesn't make it easy. I'm sick of her attitude towards me, but she barely feels like she's at fault. She is considerably older than I am, 56 now. I thought menopause is playing a role in her violent mood swings, but sometimes I fear it may be a mental disorder, just based on her actions. It scares me that I may be losing my mother to something like that. I myself often feel alienated by her. And she alienates me from my friends. I took theatre and choir, which I have a passion for, and made many friends from there, but I think that everyone fears my mom (they joke about it with me too saying "You're mom is scary!") too much to hang out with me. And I bet they believe that even if they did ask me to hang out she wouldn't allow it. I know I'm 18, but I can't drive yet, and I'm only now applying for summer jobs, so she is my ride for everything. Ugh... I have social phobia, and always think people a judging me, so with a mom like mine it just makes my situation worse. I'm missing my best friends graduation party right this very moment because I'm too scared to go. I've screwed myself over plenty of times because of my damn fear; missed out on a lot of great opportunities. Uhh, I think I'll even go as far to say I've never had a boyfriend, or been kissed. I cry because I hate my mom, but I don't want her to die before we patch things up. I know hate is a strong word, but I have all the reason to say I hate her for the ridiculous things she's done. My brother actually is living with my father now we found out, working and saving up money, and he seems happy from the messages he sends me. My mom also has this thing about always bringing my dad into our daily arguments, and how if I don't like it here I should just "go live with him". As if... I barely know that dude anymore, and if he's the one responsible for bringing me and my mom all this anguish why would I go live with him now?! She doesn't understand that I don't take sides, and that I'm not always against her point of view. I'm rambling now... my point of typing this was to tell people I'm sad, and I feel lonely, and scared, and hurt, and confused, and worried, and anxious, and since there is no one else to express myself to I'm asking you to please give me words of advice, and hope and courage. Am I a bad dad for using cold/cool water to wash my son from waist down when he goes potty or poo in pants?

Washing 2 1/2 yr old son with cold water from waist down. consisting of taking a glass and filling it up with cool to cold water to wash son from waist down when he goes potty or poo in his pants. I did it three times (today) and no other time. We praise him when he goes potty like he should, and he does alot, but sometimes he decides he just wants to go in his pants.. Finially I thought this would get his attention. I felt horrible doing it, but each time it only lasted a couple minutes (a coulple glasses to get him wet, apply soap, then a few more to rinse him off). I didn't get his upper torso wet ( i don't want to give him pneumonia, or traumatize him) but I did want him to learn that going bathroom in your pants would not mean a nice warm washing, but a cool to cold one. He obvoiusly screamed during the glass pouring of cold water, but that only lasted till we got him dry within a minute or two and got him dressed, then back to playing around the house with Mom,Dad, big sister, and little sister. Part of my mental anguish is that my wife's mom didn't agree (she never does however), but sometimes my wife also sort of goes along with her. So I just want some objective opinions about the matter. I am sure that after today I will do other things to try to get my son to go potty as he should (time out, withholding favorite toy, etc.), and just wanted to know others' opinions as to whether or not I was out of line (either way he had to be washed, I just didn't want to make it pleasant).

ok i am 16 years old 6 ft 3 in and i weigh between 150-160 what would you recommend to me for working out? and what you recommend how often and much should i do it. because i have done the perfect pushups routine was doing over 100 a day or more idk and i was doing situps with them normal pushups as well just about anything that i could do at home. i was also doing weights but htey were only 8 pounds so they weren't really a challenge i just did 200 each and i don't have that kind of time i just need something that is going to help me and not waste my time so working out seemed to be what popped in my head. plz tell me if you guys have any advice on what i should be doing or what i'm doing wrong by the way all those pushups and stuff didn't help at all really.

i'm about to be a senior and am now preparing for my last cross country season. i recently increased my mileage and now have blisters on some toes and the skin underneath one of my toenails is black and blue and hurts to the touch. could someone tell me how to care for these without stopping my running routine and prevent them from happening when i increase my mileage again. thank you

Why does my sweat SMELL so BAD?

So I really want to start working out but since I REEK when I sweat, I kinda don't wanna exercise at all because I sweat very easy. I hate it because my sweat makes it so I can't do ANY exercise! Why isn't my son sleeping anymore?

My 21 month old has always been pretty good about his bedtime routine. He could sleep for 12 hours with no problem, even if he went to bed at like 9:30-10. Then, he started waking up at 8am, no matter what, so we worked with it. Nap time was about 1pm, and bed time became 8:30. Now, me and my boyfriend are to the point of sheer exhaustion. He will go to bed around 8:30, now with much difficulty, and will wake up at about 2-2:30 am. He can now crawl out of the playpen he's been sleeping in, and will get in bed with us. My housing situation is not the best. Me, my boyfriend, and my son all share the smallest room in the house, with my little sister and her daughter in the next biggest room, and my mom in the master. But he crawls out of his bed and into ours, and will act like he's going to go back to sleep, but will get up just about every 20 minutes until about 5am, then he's just up. He sometimes takes naps, but not consistently, like he used too. My mom said me and my sisters never really did this because we had more stability and didn't all stay in the same room... I don't know what to do to help, because him leaving the room isn't even an option, until my mom n sister move out in a month or two... HELP!!!

Staying Organized in High School? Please Answer?

I had a really big desk calendar and hung it on my wall in college I got 5 different colored markers and in the begin of every semester I'd take each syllabus and mark it out on my big calendar. The fact that the calendar was so big made it really easy for me not to miss. Each day I looked at it and saw what I had due. I also carried around a smaller "agenda planner" to write down what was due too in case I forgot to look at my calendar that day. I did pretty well overall so I guess it worked :) Good luck!
